'In the past, I joined gyms, but usually lost interest after 2 months, so it’s great that I have found something that I will stick to. I really enjoy the variety in the group sessions - there is something different each week. My fitness has increased noticeably and I have seen improvements on being able to do more push ups and burpees compared to when I first started. I have also lost weight and increased muscle tone.
